Rosberg fastest in P3

Nico Rosberg led the way in a shortened final practice in Brazil, which saw the start delayed by rain and the end prematurely brought forward by Romain Grosjean's crash. Heavy rain over the Interlagos circuit meant the drivers were only given 18 minutes of running with Rosberg making the most of it.
