Thaksin addresses 17,000 Thai 'Red Shirts' at rally

THAKSIN Shinawatra said the Thai government fears his return, as about 17,000 of his "Red Shirt" supporters seeking a royal pardon for the fugitive former prime minister rallied in Bangkok.
